Swell Pictures produces passionate films about people, animals and the planet. All of our films are driven first and foremost by the story and its characters. We produce, write, shoot and edit our work, and in addition to our films, we offer a variety of stock footage.

On Tuesday, January 27th, The Women and the Waves premieres at the 2009 Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Through a collaborative effort with Heather Hudson and Graciegirl LLC and Swell Pictures  the film production documents the female surfing experience through the lives of ten women from age 17 to 64.
